Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant in St Ives. The role offers part-time hours: 2–3 full days per week or 4–5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:00pm.

You will handle supplier invoices, payments, bank reconciliations and sales invoicing, with attention to detail. The salary ranges from £27,000 to £30,000 pro rata, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Relevant practical accounts experience.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks.
• PC literate with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and check information.
• Prepare payments run and perform bank reconciliation.
• Raise sales invoices and perform cash allocation.
• Carry out statement reconciliation and other transactional duties.
