Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts assistant or related finance roles.
• Strong transactional finance knowledge and process orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
• Allocate payments and receipts; assist with payment runs.
• Handle finance queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support month-end processes and maintain accurate records.
