Part Time Account Director – Guildford, Surrey / WFH

We have a great opportunity for a Part Time Account Director to join our client, a digital marketing agency that helps businesses embrace innovation and grow. They are looking for an experienced and self-driven Account Director to develop their clients and help them achieve their business goals. You will lead the retention and growth of their HubSpot client base, supported by a knowledgeable and experienced production team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in winning and managing clients, with deep expertise in the marketing, sales, and service hubs on HubSpot, as well as specific experience in digital marketing and website design and build projects.

The contract is part-time, ideally 2-3 days a week, with flexibility. The right individual will have prior Account Director and HubSpot sales experience, extensive agency experience, and an understanding of digital marketing and website projects. Those with more experience may oversee multiple online/digital projects with various clients. The candidate should be highly organized, possess commercial and financial skills, be an excellent communicator, and have experience working with a team of account managers/execs.

Required skills and responsibilities:

• Strong account management skills, proactivity, and teamwork
• Extensive knowledge and experience using the HubSpot platform
• Experience in creating and executing digital marketing strategies
• Sales and business development skills
• Ability to manage and service multiple clients
• Ability to gather client requirements and translate them into project deliverables

Willing to learn:

• Understanding of good UI and UX design
• Specifics in paid digital marketing strategy
• SEO strategy

This role is based at their Guildford studio, with options for hybrid working and access to their London creative space.
