A leading football club is seeking a part-time Academy Scout based in Guildford. The role involves identifying and reporting on youth talent for age groups U12–U16. Ideal candidates should have prior scouting or coaching experience and an in-depth understanding of local football. Join us to help nurture young talent in a professional environment.

Role: Part-time Football Scout (Consultant Role)
Start Date: Flexible
If you’re passionate about identifying talent and have a strong understanding of youth development at the foundation and youth development phases, we’d love to hear from you.
Ideal Candidate:
•Previous experience in scouting or coaching preferred
•Strong knowledge of local grassroots & academy football
•Reliable, proactive, and comfortable reporting on players in detail
•FA Talent ID qualifications a plus (but not essential)
