Description

The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for:

• Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, supplier statements, and ledger balances
• Process invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders accurately and promptly
• Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies
• Support payroll and VAT submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders to resolve accounting queries
• Help prepare for audits and provide documentation as requested
