About The Role:

We are working with a design-led studio renowned for delivering thoughtful and contextual architectural projects across London. They are seeking a talented Part II/III Architectural Designer with experience in workplace design.

The ideal candidate will have professional experience working on workplace projects, from early concept through to design delivery. In this role, you will join a supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking team that values quality, culture, and creativity in bringing exciting projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development drawings and design documentation alongside the Project Lead
  • Create and explore design iterations, discussing these in weekly design meetings with the wider team
  • Manage all project phases from concept to design delivery with team support
  • Regularly review drawings and models to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Manage workload efficiently to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
  • Apply knowledge of UK building regulations, standards, and construction practices to ensure compliance
  • Maintain clear, collaborative communication with colleagues, clients, and external consultants
  • Stay updated on evolving materials, construction methods, and industry innovations

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ professional experience
  • Experience in RIBA stages 0-3 within design-led workplace projects
  • Proficiency in digital drawing and hand sketching
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic studio environment
  • Experience with Vectorworks, Sketchup, and Revit is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills and a proactive attitude
  • Knowledge of construction and technical stages in RIBA stages 3-6 is highly advantageous
  • Interest in sustainability, low carbon, and reuse strategies is a plus
