Qualifications

  • Practical experience working across all major RIBA stages in the UK.
  • Experience in residential and mixed-use projects.
  • Confident knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.
  • Familiar with writing specifications and producing tender documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Producing information through all RIBA design stages, including planning applications, technical drawing packages, specifications, schedules, and tender documents.
  • Liaising with consultants, suppliers, and clients.
  • Assisting with site coordination and contract administration when required.

3s Architects is seeking a talented Part II or Part III Architect to join our design-led team in southwest London.

As a visa sponsor, we welcome applications from candidates across Europe with prior UK working experience.

We are looking for a design-focused and technically skilled architect with practical experience across all major RIBA stages in the UK. You will take a leading role on projects, with support from the directors, while contributing to a collaborative and creative studio environment. Projects range from concept through planning, technical design, and implementation, including site involvement and contract administration, depending on skill level.

  • Proficiency in CAD preferably Vectorworks (2D and 3D), SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Rhino, V-ray, Lumion or similar
