Job summary

Aztrum is supporting a well-established Winchester-based architectural practice in recruiting a Part II Architectural Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect. You will help design and deliver high-quality residential projects, with exposure to planning and early technical stages.

The role involves preparing planning applications, producing drawings, and assisting with technical packages across multiple stages, ensuring compliance with planning policy and Building Regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing planning applications and supporting documentation.
• Exposure to RIBA Stage 4 technical packages.
• Strong design and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of UK planning policy and Building Regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and contribute to planning applications and listed building consent submissions.
• Produce planning drawings and supporting documentation, including Design & Access Statements
