Job summary

A small friendly award-winning studio in London is seeking a talented Architectural Technician or Part II Architectural Assistant. This full-time, office-based position will require you to work on bespoke private residential projects, contributing from the initial design phase all the way to completion on site. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of residential detailing and preferably experience with high-end projects. A proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Job description

We are a small friendly award winning studio based in London looking for a talented and experienced Architectural Technician or a Part II Architectural Assistant for bespoke private residential projects to join our team. An exciting opportunity for professionals looking to gain hands on experience in all stages of architectural projects from initial design to completion on site.

The successful candidate will be:-

* A dynamic, ambitious, motivated and creative individual with a proactive attitude who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career.

* Should have experience in traditional technical residential detailing and preferably have some experience in the detailing of high-end bespoke projects. You must be able to deliver projects across all RIBA work stages with a thorough knowledge of construction detailing and regulations.

* Must be confident of operating alone and unsupervised as well work well within a team.

* Competence in AutoCAD is essential.

The successful candidate will be based in our Southwark, London office so must be able to travel to Southwark daily.
