Our client is seeking a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join a well-established Architectural Practice based in Slough. The successful candidate will work within the residential sector on projects ranging from medium to large scale, including high-rise residential, housing developments, and mixed-use schemes in London. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required.

Part II Architectural Assistant Position Overview

• Investigate project briefs, materials, and construction products/systems
• Refine concept and detail designs using Revit, CAD, and manual techniques under guidance
• Develop technical designs and production information with guidance from the project lead
• Incorporate technical information and regulatory requirements into drawings
• Collaborate with external design team members and stakeholders
• Participate in CPD activities, record evidence, and document professional experience as required by RIBA
• Shadow activities within the practice to broaden experience and meet Part 3 requirements
• Contribute to studio improvement initiatives or assist as needed

Position Requirements

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit
• Ability to produce coherent architectural designs
• Accurate and diligent work ethic

Remuneration and Benefits
