Job description

An award-winning top AJ100 practice has a vacancy for an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant in their prestigious London office. The practice specializes in the residential and residential-led mixed-use sectors, designing and delivering stunning projects in urban and suburban settings, as well as creating new neighborhoods and settlements.

You will assist in developing design proposals for residential-led new urban quarters. Newly qualified Architects are also encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will have experience with similar developer-led residential schemes, including preparing feasibility studies and planning applications at outline and detailed stages within the UK. Some Stage 4 experience would be advantageous. You should possess excellent design and communication skills and be proficient with the Adobe Suite and SketchUp. Revit experience would be a plus.
