Qualifications

• Background in design software.
• Understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning applications.
• Commutable to Sutton, South London.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare drawings.
• Handle planning applications and create technical drawings.
• Create presentations and support day-to-day architecture tasks.
• Attend sites and liaise with clients.
