About this role

An award-winning boutique studio in Islington is looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant who is technically competent to help deliver beautifully crafted projects. You will have a key role in the office assisting on a range of contemporary high-end residential projects. This studio would suit someone who has a keen eye for design, enjoys working meticulously through bespoke detailing, and is eager to join a growing studio in West London. Vectorworks fluency would be preferable.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day assisting on new-build and refurbishment projects within the high-end residential sector
• Oversee documentation in Vectorworks
• Liaise with the client, local authority, and consultants
• Assist in supervising works on site

Skills and Experience

• Part 2 Architect with experience delivering high-quality residential projects
• From a design-focused background
• Interested in working on small-to-medium bespoke refurbishment and new build schemes
• Expert technical experience with good knowledge of UK construction methods and materials
• Excellent command of Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
• Be a team player with excellent communication skills
