What’s the job?

As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will work as part of our architectural design team, collaborating closely with our town planning team throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to completion.

You will join our small, friendly architecture practice based in Greenwich, contributing to high-quality design solutions for projects including refurbishments and new housing schemes.

Who you are?

We seek an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented Architectural Assistant with strong technical design skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for residential design.

Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential, along with understanding town planning procedures, building regulations, and construction detailing. Experience in developing detailed tender and construction drawings, and coordinating with consultants and contractors through RIBA Stages 4 to 5, is also required.
