Part 2 Architectural Assistant

We're looking for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant for a growing office in London. We've been working with this client for the past few years and have successfully grown their Dubai studio which we're looking to replicate in London. We're looking for individuals that can grow with the business.

You should have a background working on residential and commercial projects and large-scale projects in the Middle East. This individual should have in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with all associated teams to ensure the project is delivered on time and budget. You should have previous experience in quality assurance checked on site to ensure regulations are being followed correctly.

Requirements

1. Masters in Architecture and en route to being RIBA qualified
2. A strong portfolio with a minimum of 1+ years of work experience
3. Knowledge of all phases of construction and project completion
4. Excellent time management and resource programming
5. Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards of the UAE
6. Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design and practice software ArchiCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp
7. Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
8. Visual awareness and an eye for detail
9. Communication skills
10. Detail-oriented and highly analytical
11. Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence
