Cube are a multidiscipline company looking for a talented Part II Architectural Assistant, recent University leaver, or recently qualified Architect who can make an immediate start and work from our Islington Office.

The role will involve work on a variety of retail and commercial projects where you will be expected to engage in all stages of these projects and gain client-facing and site experience.

Your role will include:

1. Developing architectural and fit-out designs including technical details.
2. Preparing and submitting planning applications.
3. Visiting sites to undertake surveys and assess site progress.
4. Resolving queries from consultants and contractors.
5. Assisting the Director and Account Lead.
6. Having a RIBA Part I and Part II qualification and minimum two years of office experience.
7. Demonstrating accurate and confident communication skills.
8. Possessing full working knowledge of AutoCAD.
9. Exhibiting excellent technical and construction detailing skills, with proven experience of building regulations.
10. Managing workload in a timely manner with thorough attention to detail.
