What’s the job?
As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will work as an integral part of our architectural design team, closely collaborating with our town planning team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion.
You will join our small and friendly architecture practice based in Greenwich, contributing to delivering exceptional design solutions for projects including high-end refurbishments and new build housing schemes.
Who you are?
We seek an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented Architectural Assistant with strong technical design skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for residential design.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential, along with a good understanding of town planning procedures, building regulations, and construction detailing. Experience in developing detailed tender and construction drawings, and coordinating with consultants and contractors through RIBA Stages 4 to 5, is crucial.
