Salary: £27-29,000 DOE

Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their growing, design-led practice. With an exciting pipeline of work and a particularly busy period anticipated in the industrial and commercial sectors, they are looking for someone with strong Revit skills who can hit the ground running and contribute across all project stages. While the role is based out of the Harrogate studio, there are flexible working options available, including the opportunity to work remotely or from a Leeds location for part of the week following a successful probation period.

Daily Duties

Develop detailed Revit models and produce technical drawings across RIBA stagesAssist with design development, concept presentations, and visual materialsHelp compile planning, tender, and construction packagesCoordinate design information with consultants, contractors, and internal teamsConduct and assist with site visits, surveys, and reporting tasksMaintain project documentation and support overall delivery

Ideal Candidate

Part 2 qualified with demonstrable UK practice experience as a Part 1Strong Revit skills with the ability to produce detailed technical packagesGood knowledge of UK Building Regulations and RIBA work stagesConfident communicator with excellent organisational skillsProactive, enthusiastic, and keen to grow professionallyInterest in industrial and commercial architecture is a strong advantage
