Skills, Experience & Responsibilities:

• Relevant Part 1 and 2 Architectural degrees.
• Assist senior architects and project teams in developing design concepts and detailed drawings.
• Prepare and present design proposals and reports.
• Prepare and coordinate planning applications and technical drawings.
• Participate in project meetings and liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Strong design and technical skills with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with 3D modelling and visualization tools (SketchUp, Rhino, and/or 3ds Max). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policies.
