Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: Bedfordshire

Salary: £28000-£32000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for a passionate and detail-oriented Part 2 Architectural Assistant with creative design flair to join a friendly, RIBA chartered practice in Bedfordshire. The practice prides itself on delivering client-led designs across Residential, Commercial, Education, and Community projects. The practice cares for the local community and wants to create a positive work-life balance for all employees.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have significant UK-based post-qualification experience and should have excellent technical skills. You will have a portfolio full of exceptional designs and will be confident using industry-standard software.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  1. Completed RIBA Part One and RIBA Part Two qualifications
  2. Significant post-qualification experience is required
  3. Able to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  5. Designing and modelling projects whilst collaborating with senior team members
  6. Supporting Project Architects and attending design meetings
  7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  8. Great technical abilities
  9. Proficient using industry-standard software
