Job Description:

Important: ArchiCAD competency is essential, along with experience in RIBA Stage 4.

What’s the job?

As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will work as an integral part of our architectural design team, collaborating closely with our town planning team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion.

You will join our small, friendly architecture practice based in Greenwich, contributing to delivering exceptional design solutions for projects including high-end refurbishments and new build housing schemes.

Who you are?

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented Architectural Assistant with strong technical design skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for residential design.

Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential, along with a good understanding of town planning procedures, building regulations, and construction detailing. Experience in developing detailed tender and construction drawings, and coordinating with consultants and contractors through RIBA Stages 4 to 5, is also required.

Who we are?

We are a multidisciplinary practice combining architecture, planning, interior design, and urban design. We offer the expertise of a larger firm with the client focus of a smaller, flexible setup.

Urbanist Architecture is a place where talent can thrive and be appreciated. We value collaboration, working in an open-concept office environment, with limited remote work to facilitate in-person teamwork.

If you take pride in your work, thrive in an ambitious team, and focus on quality and productivity, we want to hear from you.

Strictly no recruitment agencies – speculative CVs from agencies will be ignored.

Urbanist Architecture Ltd is an equal opportunities employer.
