Job summary

ecube is seeking an experienced Aircraft Planning Manager to administer, develop and manage all aspects of planning for Part 145 activities at our Wales-based facility. You will lead a small team and coordinate with Sales, CAMO, logistics and production to ensure timely work packages.

The role requires extensive MRO/airline planning experience, strong knowledge of EASA Part-M and Part-145 regulations, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years airline or MRO maintenance planning experience.
• Experience leading and motivating a team.
• Deep knowledge of EASA Part-M and Part-145 regulations.
• Strong IT skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop procedures to support a fast growing Part 145 MRO.
• Chair aircraft pre-input meetings.
• Review incoming work scope proposals with Sales.
• Plan all accepted work packages.
• Coordinate with logistics and production for input and TAT.
• Manage communications with CAMO regarding work packages.
• Oversee technical records.
• Oversee technical publications.
• Represent ecube Maintenance at global planning and sales meetings.

Summary

Main responsibilities

• Development of procedures to support a fast growing Part 145 MRO
• Chair aircraft pre-input meetings
• Review incoming work scope proposals in collaboration with Sales
• Plan all accepted work packages
• Collaborate with logistics and production to ensure smooth aircraft input and efficient TAT.
• Manage all communications with CAMO`s regarding work packages
• Management of technical records
• Management of technical publications
• Attend ecube global planning and sales meetings on behalf of ecube Maintenance

• Fluent in English
