A leading healthcare provider in Plymouth is looking for a Parkinson's Disease Specialist Practitioner to join its dedicated team. This full-time role involves supporting patients with Parkinson's Disease both in clinics and on acute wards. The ideal candidate will have experience in nursing, demonstrate commitment to high-quality patient care, and have relevant qualifications. A structured induction period will be provided to support your development.
An exciting permanent, full-time opportunity has arisen to join the Parkinson's Specialist Team to support people with Parkinson's whilst they are in-patients and also in clinic settings within UHP. The successful candidate will preferably have at least one year's experience at band 6, or equivalent, leadership experience and experience or an interest in caring for patients with Parkinson's Disease with insight and knowledge of the condition.
The post is a development post, commencing at band 6, developing to band 7 on completion of relevant training and meeting specified outcomes. Full support, including a structured induction period, will be given to help the post holder meet the requirements of the role.
