Job Description:

Part- Time role 17.5 hours per Week

18 Month Contract

Join our Revenue Services Department (Income Collection & Enforcement Team) and play a vital role in the recovery and enforcement of parking penalty charge notices.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will manage the enforcement process post-charge certificate stage, exercising sound judgment and discretion in handling cases. Your duties will include:

• Processing and scanning incoming correspondence
• Registering debt with the Traffic Enforcement Centre
• Preparing Orders for Recovery and Warrants of Control
• Collaborating with external enforcement agents to recover outstanding penalty charge notices
• Managing day-to-day casework in line with parking recovery procedures
• Responding to inquiries via email, phone, and written correspondence

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Parking Debt Recovery, with a solid understanding of processes from PCN issuance onward
• Strong communication, administrative, and organisational skills
• The ability to handle a high volume of cases efficiently and professionally

The role will involve working from the office (TH Car Pound/Whitechapel Town Hall) and remote working, subject to service needs.
