Qualifications

• Experience of working with the public delivering excellent customer service.
• Educated to RQF Level 2 (GCSE or BTech), or equivalent by experience.
• Practical maintenance experience would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to daily park operations by ensuring car park access points open/closed as publicised.
• Ensure facilities, toilets, buildings and storage areas are secure and accessible.
• Assist with maintenance of buildings/grounds (painting, signage, weeding, trimming).
• Ensure facilities are cleaned and well-maintained including toilets, litter picking, bin clearance.
• Support general operational activities as required.
• Complete Health and Safety checks and relevant paperwork per procedures.
• Engage with customers to improve visitor experience and resolve issues.
