Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a proactive Maintenance Assistant to join our park team. You will carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping tasks across the park, from plumbing and electrical work to preparing holiday homes for sale.

You will work independently and with colleagues, use the ParkSmart system to manage jobs, and help keep outdoor spaces safe and presentable while supporting other departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance or trade environment.
• Ability to carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks and basic fault finding.
• Groundskeeping/landscaping experience is desirable.
• Able to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs across the park.
• Complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repair tasks.
• Use ParkSmart to manage and complete maintenance jobs.
• Support other park departments with maintenance requirements as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment and workshop areas safely.
