About Park House

Park House is a community-based residential home for up to nine young adults with severe learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. It is located in Bromyard, within two minutes’ walk of the town centre. The home includes a flat with bedroom, lounge, and kitchen facilities, enabling residents to live semi-supported while taking steps towards independent living.

About the Role

We are seeking Social Care Practitioners to support our young adults. We value proactive individuals with compassion, empathy, and a person-centred approach. Responsibilities include providing personal care and supporting residents in activities like arts and crafts, cookery, music, gardening, swimming, shopping trips, and social occasions.

The role involves working a condensed rota from 7.30am to 9.30pm, on a 2 on – 4 off basis, including some weekends and up to three sleep-ins per month. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

We support your development through ongoing training, including the care certificate and NVQ level 3 in health and social care.
