Job summary

Haven is seeking a hands-on General Maintenance Technician to keep our park in top shape. You’ll handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting tasks, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.

The role involves inspecting facilities, addressing repairs, and coordinating with the team to deliver high-quality service across the park. You will work as part of a hands-on maintenance crew, with a focus on safety and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in General Maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting) is essential.
• Experience working on holiday homes is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance on park facilities.
• Address minor repairs promptly and diagnose problems.
• Conduct routine checks on facilities and equipment to prevent issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests or staff professionally.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to provide high-quality service.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
