Job description

To lead the delivery of the council’s new Park Buildings Activation Programme, funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

• To develop and implement a structured approach to leasing disused park buildings, creating vibrant new uses that support Harrow’s parks, local economy, and community wellbeing.

• To act as the council’s lead officer in coordinating internal teams and engaging external partners to ensure buildings are brought into active use in a way that is financially sustainable and socially impactful.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
