Our Community Family Help and Support Service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Parenting Practitioner to join our amazing Parenting team and make a difference today!
About the Role:
As a Parenting Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and delivering evidence-based parenting programmes, supporting parents to develop new strategies, and helping them access a community of help and support when they need it most. You will also play a key role in developing strategies and operational initiatives that underpin our parenting services.
About You:
We seek motivated, solution-focused, and passionate individuals who can work effectively as part of an established team. Experience in supporting marginalized and often 'hard-to-reach' communities, as well as providing support and guidance to Parent Facilitators, is essential. You should be able to engage with a diverse range of individuals and contribute creatively to service development.

The team operates within a new service that offers universal and targeted support to parents, carers, and families through a community-based, solution-focused approach.

Salary Range (Full-time equivalent): £44,430 - £51,663
