About the Role
  • Join our vibrant, supportive team delivering high-quality, evidence-based group programmes that empower families and communities.
  • Work closely with partner facilitators to deliver impactful early years programmes
  • Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of young children at every stage
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with families and professionals
  • Ensure group provision meets OFSTED standards and delivers meaningful outcomes
  • Help retain 80% of families through engaging, inclusive delivery
  • Reach more families by promoting our resources within local communities
  • Support children with SEND by ensuring accessible, inclusive group environments
  • This role will require daily travel across the Wiltshire area.
About You
  • We’re looking for someone with commitment and potential. You\'ll thrive if you bring:
  • A relevant Level 3 qualification (e.g. in childcare, family support, or a related field) – essential for this role
  • Confidence and a collaborative mindset, with some experience or interest in facilitating parenting programmes
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an empathetic and persuasive approach
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and openness to reflective learning
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, early intervention, and child development
  • Accuracy in record-keeping and the ability to monitor and evaluate impact
  • You are adaptable and able to travel within the geographical area, flexible in your approach to hours, including evening and weekend work
  • As a decisive and quality-driven professional, you bring creativity, collaboration, and a results-driven mindset to our team
