The Role:

If you believe it’s always possible to Find A Way to Succeed and are passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential, Kings’ Forest Primary School has an exciting opportunity for you.

We are looking for a Parent Support Advisor to join our dedicated team following the retirement of the current postholder. This is a truly rewarding role, where you will work closely with families to strengthen engagement in school life, remove barriers to learning, and help every child flourish—both at school and at home.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced Parent Support Advisor during a handover period, helping you to build relationships with the community and gain a full understanding of the systems and structures already in place. Full training will be provided to ensure you feel confident and supported in your new role.

This is a varied and impactful position where you’ll be part of a joyful and aspirational school community in which every child and adult feels they belong.

We are looking for someone who:

Understands the power of aspiration and community, and empowers children and adults with the tools to achieve.

Has experience supporting children and adults in a school or similar setting.

Is aspirational for every child and believes that all pupils can Aspire, Believe, Explore and Achieve.

Is flexible, resilient, and able to draw on a range of strategies to achieve the best outcomes for families.

Can build strong, positive relationships across the school community, while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

Can confidently manage their own diary, meet deadlines, and prioritise safeguarding at all times.

Holds a relevant qualification at Level 4 or above (e.g. in education, psychology, or care).

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to make a genuine difference in the lives of our children and families, while joining a supportive, forward-thinking school.

Please refer to the candidate information pack for further details about the role.

Fluency Duty:

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
