Job summary

Evri is hiring a Parcelshop Delivery Driver in Darlington. This permanent role offers 45 hours per week with a Monday-Friday shift. You will deliver time-critical parcels and uphold Evri’s standard of excellence, while working closely with the operations team to ensure on-time, intact deliveries with a smile.

We look for a full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points) and multi-drop experience, plus a strong customer service mindset and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with 6 or fewer points.
• Multi-drop experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Safe loading and unloading of parcels onto a van.
• Delivery to designated locations within set timeframes.
• Handle sensitive materials with authorization when needed.
• Use handheld scanner and delivery equipment for up to 100 shipments per day.
• Represent Evri Premium as a courteous, brand-aligned driver.

What You’ll Do:

Due to continued business growth, we have exciting opportunities for Employed Collection & Delivery Drivers to join us.Our teamisresponsiblefordelivering world-class service and time critical parcels to our customers, delivering on our promise of Excellence. Simply Delivered. You will work closely with our Operational Team, who will support you to execute a busy multi-drop schedule. Our customers rely on us to deliver our promises, and we rely on our drivers to ensure each delivery reaches our customers on time, in perfect condition and with a smile.

• Be an ambassador of Evri Premium; positivelyrepresentingthe brand,maintaininga clean vehicle and being a courteousdriver
• Safe loading and unloading of parcels on to a van
• Delivery of products,goodsand parcels safely and efficiently todesignatedlocations within settimeframes
• Ensure proper handling and delivery of sensitive materials with authorisation,if necessary and deliverhigh standardsof customercare
• Properly useandmaintaindelivery equipment, including handheld scanner, to deliver up to 100 shipments perday
