Job summary

Royal Mail Preston is seeking a Transport Office Manager to lead the front-line team of around 80 drivers and drive an efficient, compliant transport operation. Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will professionalise distribution, ensure work plans are met, and optimise parcel flow across the network while upholding policies and SOPs.

The role offers a competitive salary (£39,353), 10% bonus potential, 25 days leave and a generous pension, with a path to developing managerial skills
