Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd in Coventry is recruiting Seasonal Collection & Delivery Drivers for our festive Christmas programme. You will manage parcel collections and deliveries across local routes, enjoying a active, independent role with strong customer service.

Shifts run Monday to Saturday 08:00–18:00 with weekly pay and flexible hours. Training provided; you must have a UK driving licence and ability to lift up to 30kg.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Experience or confidence in driving a 3.5t van.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills with holiday cheer.
• Ability to safely lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Strong organisational skills with the capability to work independently.
• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated approach to work during festive rush.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily vehicle safety and compliance checks.

• Provide professional, friendly, and dependable service.

·Provide professional, friendly, and dependable service to enhance the festive spirit among customers.

·Sort and organise parcels efficiently before embarking on delivery routes.

·Utilise a handheld PDA device to follow planned routes efficiently during the high-demand season.

·Safely lift, move, and deliver parcels weighing up to 30kg, ensuring all holiday packages are handled with care.
