Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group, is hiring a delivery driver in Tonbridge. You’ll sort parcels, plan routes, and deliver to homes and businesses with a focus on friendly, reliable service.

Role is permanent, 38 hours per week with overtime options. Starting salary £25,201/year, rising after six months to £27,561, with potential to reach £30,000 per year including overtime and allowances. Driving licence required.

• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)

• o Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• o Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)

What you’ll be doing

• Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
• Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
• Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
• Providing a friendly, dependable service - whether it's a birthday gift or important business mail

What we’re looking for

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Someone who's friendly, dependable, and customer focused
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
