Parcelforce Worldwide, part of the Royal Mail Group, is hiring for a permanent driver role in Basingstoke. You will sort parcels, plan routes, and perform vehicle safety checks while collecting and delivering to homes and businesses.

The role includes Saturday work and overtime potential. Starting salary is £25,201 with progression to £27,561 after six months and a potential earnings cap near £30,000 per year, plus a Saturday uplift.

Qualifikationen

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer focused.

Hours: 09:00 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Saturday only 7:30am - 4:30pm

• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Saturday Weekend Premium +£4.39 applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:-
• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)
