Job summary

The Best Connection Group Ltd are recruiting for Parcel Sorters in Chester for a 20-hour-per-week shift, Monday to Friday, 16:00–20:00, with a potential temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, starting 02/11/2026.

Responsibilities include sorting parcels, routing them correctly, following Health & Safety procedures, and maintaining high attention to detail; additional general warehouse duties may apply. DBS check is paid for by us.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable work/education/ benefits history.
• Willingness to process DBS (paid for by us).
• Strong work ethic and good communication skills; punctual and reliable.

The Best Connection Group Ltd are recruiting for Parcel Sorters on behalf of our clients based in Chester!

Job Details:

• Location: Chester, CH1
• Role: Parcel Sorter
• Hours: 20 hours per week, working Monday to Friday - 16:00 - 20:00
• Type: Supporting Christmas peak with potential Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate
• Start date: 02/11/2026

Pay Structure:

• £13.02/hr standard hours
• £15.82/hr for any hours worked before 8am and after 7pm
• £19.53/hr for overtime after 40 hours worked per week

• Following Health & Safety procedures
• Maintaining high attention to detail
• Other general warehouse duties when required
