Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting for a Parcel Sorter in Chester, CH1. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 16:00–20:00, with a potential temp-to-perm path for the right candidate.

You will sort parcels, ensure correct routing, and follow strict Health & Safety procedures while maintaining high attention to detail; DBS processing is provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable work/education/benefits history.
• Willingness to process DBS (paid for by us).
• Strong work ethic and good communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable.

Job Details:

• Location: Chester, CH1
• Role: Parcel Sorter
• Hours: 20 hours per week, working Monday to Friday - 16:00 - 20:00
• Type: Supporting Christmas peak with potential Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate
• Start date: 02/11/2026

Pay Structure:

• £13.02/hr standard hours
• £15.82/hr for any hours worked before 8am and after 7pm
• £19.53/hr for overtime after 40 hours worked per week
