Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is recruiting for a Parcel Sorter based in Plymouth. This full-time role starts at 4 days a week and enables 30+ hours per week with shift options including days, noons, or nights.

You will unload parcels from lorries, use handheld scanners, load and sort parcels by postcode zones, and assist with end-of-shift clean up. PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform manual lifting and handle parcels.
• Use of handheld scanners to track parcels.
• Must be able to work 30+ hours per week across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Unload parcels from a lorry.
• Load parcels onto conveyor belts.
• Sort parcels into postcode zones.
• Load parcels for despatch.
• Assist with end-of-shift clean up.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.

Job description

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Parcel Sorter for our client based in Plymouth.

As a Parcel Sorter, you will be working:

• Full time role starting at 4 days a week (Must be able to work 30+ hours per week)
• You can choose from days, noons or Nights

The rate of pay as a Parcel Sorter:

• £12.71 p/h days
• £12.96 p/h noons
• £13.47 p/h nights

Duties and requirements as a Parcel Sorter:

• Unload parcels from a lorry
• Use handheld scanners
• Load parcels onto conveyor belts
• Sort parcels into appropriate postcode zones
• Load parcels ready for despatch
• Assist with general clean up at the end of the shift
• Some manual lifting
