Job summary

The Best Connection in Colnbrook is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our logistics team. You will sort, scan, and move parcels, load and unload vehicles, and help maintain accuracy and safety in a fast-paced warehouse.

We offer day and night shifts with a 5- out of 7-day pattern and full training provided. A reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable approach is essential for meeting daily targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics preferred, but full training provided.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Physically fit to handle parcels of varying weights.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.

Location: Colnbrook, SL3

Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.71 per hour

Shifts

• Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting, scanning, and moving parcels within the warehouse
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently

• Working as part of a supportive team to meet daily performance targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred (not essential - full training provided)
• Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Physically fit and able to handle parcels of varying weights
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Flexible to work AM or PM shifts, including weekends
• Must be able to provide a full 5-year referencing history (for security clearance purposes)
