Job summary

EVRi is hiring Warehouse Operatives for the Lutterworth site. You will support the supervisor and day manager to manage parcels, labels and routing, ensuring efficient flow through hubs, depots and couriers.

The role offers 40-hour weeks with day or night shifts, weekend rotas, and opportunities to progress into depot management. Salary starts at £12.83 per hour with overtime at £19.25 once full-time hours are reached.

Qualifications

• Safety regulations compliance in warehouse operations.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Maintain scanning accuracy and records.
• Maintain physical fitness for warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Support the supervisor and day manager with shift duties and parcel handling.
• Repack damaged parcels without harming contents and forward to couriers.
• Track parcels and liaise with hubs, sub-depots, couriers and clients.
• Lead small projects and take ownership of assigned areas; grow into autonomous roles.
• Work full-time, 40 hours per week, with day or night shifts including weekends.
