Job summary

EVRi is seeking a Warehouse Operative for night shifts in Runcorn. This permanent, part-time role offers 27 hours per week with an hourly rate of £14.31 plus a night allowance of £1 per hour between 10pm and 6am.

In this role you will load and unload parcels, sort and scan items, and brief drivers as part of a collaborative depot team. The position focuses on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in loading/unloading parcels.
• Experience with sorting and scanning technology.
• Ability to brief drivers and communicate effectively.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Commitment to health and safety.
• Ability to stay physically active during shift.
• Team leading experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parcels with care and efficiency.
• Sort and scan parcels using warehouse tech.
• Brief drivers and debrief after shifts.

• Support driver pre- and post-briefings for improvement.
