Job summary

Royal Mail is recruiting a Parcel Delivery Driver in Rotherham to deliver parcels across the assigned area on a multi-drop route. The role requires working 30 hours per week across Monday to Sunday, including Saturday and Sunday per rota, with shifts from 7am-4pm or 2pm-8pm.

£13.68 per hour is guaranteed, with 22.5 days holiday pro-rata, uniform provided, and a company pension. This fixed-term 6-month contract offers opportunities for progression and strong customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Upbeat, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Organised, punctual with initiative.
• Committed to delivering great customer service.
• Able to interact with customers as a positive ambassador for Royal Mail.
• Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels across the assigned area on a multi-drop route.
• Work across week days and weekends as per local rota.
• Safely handle and deliver items on the route and follow Royal Mail procedures.
