Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking a Parcel Delivery Driver in Exeter to take on a fixed-term contract of 9 months. You will help deliver parcels across the week, prep your van, and use route-planning tools to ensure timely arrivals with a customer-focused approach.

Must hold a UK manual driving licence with up to 6 points and be willing to work Saturdays and Sundays as part of a local rota. Excellent pay and benefits accompany this role.

Job type: Fixed Term contract 9 months
Hours: 27:30 hours per week, working 5 days across Monday - Sunday, working between 14:30 and 20:00

Due to operational demand, you will be required to work Saturday and Sunday, according to a local rota.

Please note: For candidate search purposes, roles offering between 35-37 hours per week are listed as full-time. However, any role under 37 hours per week will be classified as part-time in the employment contract.

As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you’re expected to securely deliver all items on your route, including handling and delivering election materials and certain items (such as food products or alcohol) in line with Royal Mail business standards.
