Titan Wealth Planning (TWP), a Titan Wealth subsidiary, is seeking a hands-on Paraplanning Team Leader to recruit, mentor and manage a geographically dispersed paraplanning team while guiding them through merger-related changes. The role blends leadership with technical paraplanning expertise.
Hybrid working is offered: 3 days from Bristol office, 2 days home-based, with a focus on quality, compliance and client-focused delivery.

To lead and mentor the paraplanning team, geographically spread, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of high-quality paraplanning support to Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and clients, while upholding company procedures and regulatory standards.
The role is Hybrid, 3 days from the Bristol office, 2 days can be home-based.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in direct line management of paraplanners (essential), including performance management, and ability to guide the team through a period of change, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
