Job summary

AFH Wealth Management is seeking a Paraplanning Excellence Trainer to design, deliver and embed high‑quality paraplanning training across the function. The role supports efficient practices by equipping colleagues with technical knowledge, process understanding and confidence for excellent client and adviser outcomes.

You will train face to face, virtually, and on other sites, with some travel to different offices to support acquisitions and onboarding. Full‑time, permanent, hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Design, develop and maintain paraplanning training materials covering business processes and compliance.
• Deliver structured paraplanning training to new colleagues and existing staff.
• Deliver training face to face, virtually, and on other sites.
• Travel to different offices to support acquisitions and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain engaging paraplanning training materials covering business processes, systems, technical knowledge, compliance requirements
• Deliver structured process training to new paraplanning colleagues, acquired teams and existing staff, ensuring understanding of end-to-end workflows
• Deliver training face to face, virtually, and on other sites
• Deliver training on core paraplanning process areas, including suitability report preparation and research standards
• Monitor the ongoing performance and identify further learning needs after induction
