Job summary

Titan Wealth Planning (TWP) is seeking a Paraplanner to support advisers, draft suitability reports, and maintain paraplanning tools. Flexibility for remote work with a West Midlands base.

Required: 1+ years in paraplanning and Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning; strong written/oral communication and numeracy. Benefits include hybrid working, pension, private medical insurance, and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a paraplanning role in a similar environment.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Experience with IT systems that support this service; FCA COB rules knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Draft suitability reports with guidance from the Financial Planner, in accordance with compliance requirements.
• Liaise with Financial Planners to ensure information is complete for advice.
• Assist in interpreting adviser meetings and prepare suitable recommendations with accuracy.
• Provide guidance to advisers on cases to support good consumer outcomes.
• Ensure customer experience follows defined standards and maintains TCF.
