Job summary

Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd in Lewes, East Sussex, is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a professional Financial Planning team. This role offers a clear pathway toward Chartered Financial Planner and hands-on exposure to pensions, investments and holistic financial planning.

You will provide Paraplanning support, undertake research, prepare suitability reports, and help with client reviews as you develop client-facing and relationship management skills in a structured training

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' Paraplanning experience.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Strong technical Financial Planning knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work predominantly office-based.

Responsibilities

• Provide Paraplanning and technical support to Financial Planners.
• Undertake financial planning research and analysis.
• Prepare suitability reports and financial planning documentation.
• Support the preparation and delivery of client reviews.
• Develop knowledge across pensions, investments and wider financial planning.
• Assist with the delivery of holistic financial planning solutions.
• Gain exposure to client meetings and develop client-facing skills.
• Build strong knowledge of the financial planning process.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Develop knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice.
• Work towards further professional financial planning qualifications.
• Take on increasing responsibility as your knowledge and experience develops.
