Job summary

Integro Partners in the North West is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to provide high-quality technical support to Advisers. You will conduct fund research, cashflow modelling, and product comparisons, and you’ll write detailed reports and build suitability recommendations.

This role demands a Diploma (Level 4) or progression towards it, a strong grasp of financial planning processes, and the ability to challenge recommendations.

Qualifications

• Diploma (Level 4) qualified or working towards it.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and core financial products.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to challenge recommendations.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fund/provider research, cashflow modelling, and product comparisons.
• Write detailed reports and build suitability recommendations.
• Provide technical support to Advisers and Sales Support.
• Review work from Paraplanning Administrators and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Help improve processes to drive efficiency across the team.
